I make your ad spend pay you back.

I'm Hashim, a marketer. I run paid ads, email and SMS, and store conversion for online brands, mostly clothing and streetwear in the US. Right now that's 30+ accounts.

Reach and likes don't pay for the next drop. Purchases do.

If it didn't sell, it didn't work.
Kill the ad. Keep the lesson.
ROAS tells the truth. Likes just flatter you.
A report isn't a decision.
Fix the store before you raise the budget.

What I actually do

Four things decide whether a brand grows: the ads that bring people in, the email that brings them back, the store that turns them into orders, and the content that makes them care.

01

Paid ads

Meta ads with prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing, judged on ROAS and purchases. Ads that don't pay get killed fast. Ads that do get more budget.

02

Email and SMS

Klaviyo flows and campaigns for drops, restocks, and win-backs, so first-time buyers turn into people who buy again.

03

Store conversion

Shopify product pages, theme fixes, and checkout friction. More of the traffic you already pay for ends up as orders.

04

Content

Ad creative direction and Instagram content, like carousels and video briefs, so the brand has something worth stopping for.

Kill or scale?

This is what my Mondays look like. Five ads, made-up numbers. Break-even ROAS is 2.0. Make the call.

How I fix things

Three common problems and the move I'd make. These are examples with made-up numbers, not client results. They show how I think.

DTC brand

Good traffic, weak store

Before1.1%conversion
After1.8%conversion

Same 40,000 visits. Fix the product pages and checkout friction and orders go from about 440 to 720, with no extra ad spend.

DTC brand

Ads that quietly lose money

Before1.4blended ROAS
After2.3blended ROAS

Same budget. Kill the ads under break-even, move the money to the ones that pay, test new creative against the winner.

DTC brand

Buyers who never come back

Before8%repeat rate
After14%repeat rate

Out of 500 new buyers a month, that's 40 repeat orders becoming 70. A post-purchase and win-back flow does it with no new ads.

Hashim

I'm Hashim. I fix ads that don't sell.

You're probably here because your ads cost money and don't make any. Yeah. I get a lot of those.

I run Meta ads, email, SMS, and Shopify stores for clothing brands in the US. 30+ accounts right now. So I look at ad accounts all day, and most of them have the same problem. Someone is proud of the reach and has no idea what the ads actually bring back.

I don't care about reach. I don't care about likes. Did it sell or not? If not, I kill it. If it sells, I give it more money. Not complicated, just not what most people do.

Also, your ads aren't always the problem. Sometimes the store is. People click, land on a bad page, and leave. Then you blame the ad and pay for more clicks. I fix that part too.

And email and SMS, because getting a customer once and never again is a waste of what you already paid for.

I'm not going to send you a 40-page report. I'll tell you what's broken, what I'd do, and what it costs. If I can't help, I'll say that too.
